Dr. Haroun Fetteh is a Chiropractor and clinic director. He is known for his innovative approach to chiropractic care while integrating cutting-edge techniques and technology to improve the outcome of patient care.
Dr. Haroun Fetteh attended Wayne State University and received his undergraduate degree in Nutrition and Food Science. He then attended Palmer West College of Chiropractic, in San Jose, CA where he received his Doctorate in Chiropractic.
Upon graduation, Dr. Fetteh spent time interning and gaining as much knowledge as possible before opening his chiropractic clinic. Dr. Haroun continuously participates in advanced training and certifications in a plethora of health categories including first point contact spinal care, pediatric and neurology. In 2013 Dr. Fetteh opened his facility specializing in diagnosing, treating, and rehabilitating acute and chronic muscle, bone, and joint-related pain and injury. Dr. Haroun primarily treats out of the city of Southfield Michigan. In 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021, and 2022 he was named HOUR Detroit Top Chiropractors.
His postdoctoral training includes two years of training in pediatrics as well as caring for expecting mothers through ICPA- International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. Dr. Fetteh is certified in the Webster technique, which involves triggering pelvic muscles, causing these to stiffen so the baby is moved into a certain position. This makes it ideal for giving birth.
Dr. Fetteh is a certified Primary Spine Practitioner (PSP) through the University of Pittsburgh’s school of health and rehabilitation sciences. An intense program that trains practitioners as the primary-contact provider for patients with spine related disorders (SRD). The specially trained clinician who practices at the top of their license, playing a primary role in the diagnosis, management, referral, and case coordination of patients with SRDs.
Dr. Fetteh is board certified in chiropractic and physiotherapy. He has certification in TRX (suspension training) and Rocktape (Kinesiology Taping). He has immense knowledge in therapeutic rehabilitation for many musculoskeletal injuries using treatments such as but not limited to: Instrument-assisted soft-tissue mobilization (IASTM), manual therapy, and other therapeutic modalities.
Dr. Fetteh developed a three-part approach in the care and management of patients. Many physicians in the metro Detroit area, including pain specialists and medical doctors, reach out to Dr. Fetteh as a resource because of his knowledge, experience, and advanced training.
